Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- A request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used cookware, small appliances with signs of usage, or products not in their original condition cannot be returned.
Return Process

Inspection of Returned Items
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
Refund Policy
Since Liana Toaster only accepts cash on delivery, refunds will be provided in one of the following ways:
- Replacement: A new product will be sent if the returned item is approved.
- Refund in Cash: If replacement is not possible, a cash refund will be provided at the time of product pickup or via another agreed method depending on location.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Liana Toaster will bear the shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
